Keith Worsham

A 30-year corporate real estate veteran, Keith joined Hilco Real Estate in 2021 to lead the national hotel team, bringing substantial expertise in investment sales, REO, note sales, auction services, hotel development, repositioning, franchise selection, site selection, brokerage, consulting and management. Prior to HRE, he was with Marcus Millichap as senior vice president in the Atlanta office on the national hotel team. Before Marcus Millichap, Keith was with Newmark Knight Frank where he built an institutional hospitality platform after serving as a senior director with Auction.com, a Ten-X Commercial Company. In this capacity, he helped grow the private client group to over $2.2 billion in hotel commercial real estate transactions. Prior to Auction.com, Keith, together in a joint venture with Wayne McAteer, created Wesley Hotel Group, LLC in 2003 to own, operate and develop hotels. Wesley Hotel Group developed the Hotel Indigo in Sarasota, Florida, which was the first newly constructed Hotel Indigo brand. Later, the firm signed two franchises developed in Nashville, Tennessee – one on Music Row/Vanderbilt and the other in downtown Nashville. The group was awarded “IHG Developer of the Year” in 2007. The Hotel Indigo Downtown Nashville won the “Nashville Downtown Partnership Award” in 2010 and the 2011 “Urban Land Institute” award. Prior to Wesley Hotel Group, Keith was director of franchise sales and development for Red Roof Hotels where he signed 19 franchises in his first year awarding him the title “Salesman of the Year.” Prior to Red Roof Hotels, Keith served as director of franchise sales and development for Cendant Corporation, which included the Days Inn, Ramada and Howard Johnson properties. During his tenure, he signed more than 150 franchise agreements generating over $120 million in annual revenue. He achieved the rank as the “top producer” for three consecutive years.

Adam Zimmerman, MAI

Adam has been with Hilco Global for over 12 years, specifically with the Hilco Real Estate Appraisal offices. He joined Hilco Real Estate (HRE) in 2021 to provide advanced valuation (BOV), yield analysis, disposition and advisory support for HRE’s client base of investors, private equity, note and asset sales, and bankruptcy real estate practitioners.

Adam has extensive executive expertise in valuing and selling a broad range of property types, including managing Hilco projects for a variety of purposes such as disposition, lending support, bankruptcy, restructuring, financial accounting and investment decision-making. Income methodologies include DCF (Excel) and Argus expertise. He has also worked across the U.S. in the capacity of an expert witness and is actively involved in business development, management and staff training. One of Adam’s valuation specialties includes healthcare (hospitals, assisted living, skilled nursing, urgent care, dialysis facilities and medical office buildings) and hotels (flagged hotels, boutique hotels, hotel/water [entertainment)], and golf/resort properties). His expertise extends to tangible and intangible market value, real estate-focused market analysis, valuation for both closed or distressed properties, and fully operating and stabilized assets.

Adam is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). He holds Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licenses in Illinois, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, New York and Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at the University of Kansas.

Jordan Schack

Jordan joined Hilco Real Estate’s asset sales team in 2022. In his role, Jordan is responsible for the underwriting of investment sales of hospitality properties across the US, including conducting financial analysis and due diligence on hospitality real estate assets on behalf of HRE’s valued clients.

Jordan was previously with JLL Hotels and Hospitality in Chicago, supporting the asset management of a portfolio of full- and select-service hotels located in key markets throughout the United States. Before that, he spent three years with Airbnb in San Francisco as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, overseeing the company’s relationships with hotel management group partners such as Aimbridge Hospitality, Pyramid Hotel Group, and Graduate Hotels.

Jordan received a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Weston Worsham

Weston joined Hilco Real Estate in 2021 as an intern where he was responsible for supporting and working with existing client’s while matching potential buyers with properties that best meet their needs. In 2022 Weston was promoted to Senior Associate where he takes on the role as the lead point of contact for the buyers. His responsibilities include getting buyers pre -qualified to make an offer, provides all marketing and due diligence material to the buyer while walking them through the deal. He will also connect the buyer with the right lenders as needed. His focus and responsibilities are matching qualified buyers with properties we have listed for sale.
Weston received his Georgia state broker license and is receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Georgia State University.
